The beach butler, Axel, ensured every craving of ours was met effortlessly while we lounged in a Bali bed by the shore, enjoying a huge seafood platter for lunch. The varied dining options surpassed our expectations, especially the Thai and Italian restaurants where the flavors were simply outstanding. Our Oceanfront Swim Up Suite was beautifully maintained and offered instant access to refreshing dips right from our room. One suggestion for improvement would be to enhance the late-night shuttle service for more convenience.

i had such high hopes for this place but was sorely disappointed. cold showers every day and the absolute lack of dining options during the day was astonishing. i was expecting a complimentary upgrade for these inconveniences but apparently, that's just too much to ask. i almost left a great review, but just couldn't, what a mess!

I traveled with friends and we loved how the staff were so friendly and helpful during our stay. We enjoyed delicious food and great cocktails all weekend long, making it a perfect spot for both relaxation and adventures nearby like cenote snorkeling just under 5 km away and the beautiful Xpu-Ha Beach less than 3 km from the hotel.
